The 2-phase tablet from Doppelherz system consists of two different layers due to a specially developed manufacturing process.
The principle: In the first phase, calcium and vitamin D are released more quickly and can therefore be available to the body more quickly.
In the 2nd phase, magnesium and the trace elements manganese and copper are gradually released and can thus be made available to the body at a time interval from phase 1.
