Recommended MAGNESIUM CITRATE Berco Capsules dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule 3 times a day whole with sufficient liquid. If there is an increased need, up to 6 capsules a day.
Protect from light, keep dry and below 25°C.
Not suitable for children under 4 years.
