One capsule of Magnesium Pflüger® PUR contains 125 mg of magnesium, distributed among the following compounds:
- Magnesium oxide: 87 mg
- Magnesium bisglycinate: 20 mg
- Tri-magnesium dicitrate: 18 mg
Ingredients:
Magnesium oxide, magnesium bisglycinate, tri-magnesium dicitrate, capsule shell hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable), bulking agent sunflower oil
Recommended daily intake:
From age 7, take 2 capsules with sufficient liquid. Children from age 4 can take one capsule per day. It is also possible to open the capsules and stir the contents into a drink.
The absorption rate decreases with increasing single doses of magnesium, so the daily dose should be divided throughout the day. For example, you can take one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the late afternoon/evening. This also improves gastrointestinal tolerability.
When starting magnesium supplementation, looser stools or diarrhea may occasionally occur. This is harmless in the short term, but the dose should be reduced. Loose stools indicate that the intestines are no longer absorbing magnesium.

The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Magnesium Pflüger® PUR capsules have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture if unopened.
