MAGNESIUM SPORT Tablets
Magnesium Sport has exactly the same composition as Magnesium (bisglycinate) 100mg – Vitals' most popular magnesium product. The only differences are the name and the doping testing of each batch of Magnesium Sport according to the NZVT system, followed by certification.
Magnesium Sport contains up to 100 mg of highly absorbable magnesium bisglycinate (an amino acid-bound form of magnesium) per tablet, supplemented with 200 mg of taurine. Choosing the right form of magnesium is particularly important when selecting a supplement, i.e., the form in which the magnesium is present in the tablet or capsule (e.g., bisglycinate or citrate). Recommended intake:
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with water on an empty stomach (at least half an hour before or two hours after meals). Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Ingredients:
Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), taurine, rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), thickener (hydroxypropylcellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose).
