Magtein® from NatuGena – Patented branded raw material Magtein® manufactured in the USA under certified conditions. Contains magnesium bound to L-threonic acid, a natural metabolite of vitamin C. This form is characterized by particularly high bioavailability. Contains 2003 mg of magnesium L-threonate per daily dose (equivalent to 144 mg of elemental magnesium).
Recommended intake:
3 capsules once daily. Ideally, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
