The maitake is also known as the rattle sponge. It is a valued edible and medicinal mushroom that plays an important role as a dietary supplement in traditional Chinese medicine. In our forests, it can be found especially in autumn at the foot of deciduous trees. In the meantime, the vital mushroom is also cultivated.
This is loose powder of maitake. For its production, the mushrooms are freshly harvested and gently dried. The dried mushrooms are then microfinely ground. The Maitake powder is vegan, certified organic (ÖKO control body: DE-ÖKO-006), gluten- and lactose-free and free of additives.

Mix one or two level measuring spoons with sufficient liquid and drink before or with a meal. Alternatively, the organic powder can also be taken directly with a meal.
