- The MamaDHA Premium + dietary supplement is a preparation for women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant or are breastfeeding. The product allows you to supplement your daily diet with vitamin D, iodine, folates (including calcium L-methylfolate) and DHA and EPA fatty acids.
MamaDHA Premium+ Ingredients:
Fish oil (containing DHA and EPA), beef gelatin, bulking agent - magnesium oxide, humectant - glycerol, thickener - mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, emulsifier - sunflower lecithin, anti-foaming agent - fatty acids, dye - copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) in MCT oil, potassium iodate (iodine), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid).
The content of ingredients in the recommended daily dose (two capsules):fish oil - 1143mg, including: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) - 800mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) - 68mg; vitamin D - 50mcg (2000 IU; 1000% RWS), folates - 400mcg (200% RWS), including: pteroylmonoglutamic acid - 200mcg, calcium L-methylfolate - 200mcg; iodine - 200mcg (133.3% NRV).

Folates (pteroylmonoglutamic acid, calcium L-methylfolate) support proper blood production, participate in the process of cell division, and support the proper functioning of the immune system.
