Application:
Ideal for on the go "Manuka honey to go". Take 2 sticks daily, preferably pure or mix with a drink, yoghurt or muesli. Knead the stick lightly before opening. Like raw food, this product is not suitable for babies under 12 months. Note for diabetics: One stick contains 0.51 BU.
