Directions:
Place papaya leaves in a tea infuser. To preserve the valuable nutrients and ensure they are not destroyed, use hot water no more than 80°C. Steep the tea for 5 to 10 minutes for the best flavor. The tea can be enhanced with honey, lemon juice, or mint.
