MELISANA Klosterfrau Composition:
Klosterfrau MELISANA contains essential oils in alcoholic extract. 100 ml of the preparation is obtained from 4.04 g of the mixture, consisting of: melissa leaves 10.48%, oman's rhizome 13.96%, angelica root 13.96%, ginger rhizome 13.96%, carnation flowers 5.57%, rhizome galangia 5.57%, black pepper fruit 1.39%, gentian root 13.96%, orange pericarp 13.97%, cinnamon bark 6.28%, calendula flowers 0.7%, cardamom fruit 0.2%. 66% vol. the preparation is ethyl alcohol.
MELISANA Klosterfrau Action:
Terpenes contained in oils have a calming, spasmolytic and digestive effect, as well as improving blood circulation.
MELISANA Klosterfrau Indications:
Internal use:helpfully in neuroses, states of tension and excitement, anxiety, difficult falling asleep, headaches, sensitivity to weather changes, heart problems without organic causes, dysmenorrhea and menopause, gastrointestinal complaints such as indigestion, feeling of fullness after a meal, lack of appetite. It is also used to relieve the symptoms of cold or flu.
Do not use in case of gastric or duodenal ulcer.
Internally: unless otherwise indicated, the dose is 1 to 3 teaspoons of Klosterfrau MELISANA diluted with at least a double amount of water or other liquid or administered on sugar (see examples of use).
Externally: Unless otherwise indicated, the drug is undiluted or diluted with at most a double amount of water (see examples of use).
