Menopause Test is a rapid test that detects FSH in urine at concentrations of 25 mlU/ml or higher. Performing the test is very simple and involves placing three drops of urine into the test window and reading the test result within 3 minutes. Menopause most often occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. During this time, estrogen and progesterone production declines, while LH and FSH levels increase. The test works by detecting elevated FSH levels in a woman's urine during the perimenopausal period.
