Water (Aqua), Moor (Marsh). Peat naturally contains the following ingredients: calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, copper, chromium, molybdenum. Organic loss on ignition in dry matter: 98.81%. Inorganic ignition residue: 1.19%. Total humic acids: 21.3% in dry matter.

Effect: Stimulates blood circulation, calms, relieves tension. Ideal after overexertion and for stressed joints. For cold or warm use. Apply 2-3 mm thick natural mud pack to affected body areas and cover with cling film. Leave to work well for 20-30 minutes. Then wash off with water and massage in with Universal Moor & Herbal Cream. SonnenMoor tip: For heavily stressed areas of the body, mix the natural mud pack with gargle water. Then massage these areas with herbal massage fluid and universal moor and herb cream with marmot fat.
