MULTIVEGAN Calcium, Iron and Vitamin B12 Capsules
This multi-nutrient supplement was specially developed for vegans of all ages and combines a variety of essential nutrients of the highest quality, manufactured in Germany. It contains three bioactive forms of vitamin B12 – methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin – as well as bioactive folic acid in the form of Quatrefolic®. The formula is further enhanced with choline as choline bitartrate and vitamin B2 as riboflavin-5-phosphate. In addition, the supplement makes a valuable contribution to the supply of important minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc, iodine, and selenium.
To improve the bioavailability of iron and zinc, natural vitamin C from camu camu is included. The capsules are 100% vegan, made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), and contain only pure active ingredients – free from any additives.
Recommended intake:
1 capsule once daily. Ideally, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
