Recommended dosage:
Take 2 capsules per day with water with a meal. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age (legally required notice for products with more than 20 μg vitamin D per daily dose).

Note:
Because this product contains vitamin K, it is not suitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medicines are also called vitamin K antagonists and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K through food and supplements.
