Recommended consumption:
Only take once a day.
A daily portion consists of one sachet of powder (2 g) and one capsule. Pour the powder (1 sachet) into an empty glass and dissolve in approx. 100 ml of still water while stirring. Drink on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a meal.
Take the capsule with a meal and some liquid, e.g. a glass of water.
The powder contains the bacterial culture Lactobacillus plantarum 299v. The capsule contains vitamin D, calcium, B vitamins.

MyBIOTIK®BALANCE RDS is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet). It is used for diet management of irritable bowel syndrome. The often inadequate supply of vitamin D, calcium and folic acid in people with irritable bowel syndrome is compensated for by the micronutrients it contains.
