Recommended consumption:
Pour the daily portion of powder 14 g (3 level measuring spoons) into an empty glass and dissolve in approx. 200 ml of liquid while stirring. The daily portion can be taken throughout the day before or with a meal.

The tasteless powder adapts flexibly to every taste and can be stirred into still water, tea, juice, yoghurt, muesli or other foods and drinks according to preference.

Important:
