This product combines high-quality myo-inositol with a carefully selected amount of D-chiro-inositol. Myo-inositol is a vitamin-like compound, formerly known as "vitamin B8," but now considered a so-called vitaminoid.
Recommended intake
Take 2 capsules twice daily. Ideally, consume at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
