contributes
to the regulation of hormonal activity. DHA - supports normal brain function and vision (with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA). Vitamin D - supports immunity, muscle function, cell division, and also affects calcium absorption. Vitamin E - supports the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients
: Hard capsule: N-acetyl-L-cysteine, highly purified green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis); glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; rice flour, resveratrol from Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
2 hard capsules contain: vitamin D 50 µg (2000 IU) (1000%)*, vitamin B6 6 mg (429%)*, resveratrol from Japanese knotweed 30 mg, NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine) 600 mg, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) from green tea leaves 300 mg.
Soft capsule: Fish oil (anchovies), capsule shell: beef gelatin; humectant: glycerol; vitamin E (BonuLac® F clear D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).
2 soft capsules contain: vitamin E 15.6 mg (130%)*, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid from fish oil) 600 mg, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid from fish oil) 126 mg.

Recommended Daily Intake.
Adults: 2 soft capsules and 2 hard capsules once daily, with a meal.
Safety Warnings
: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use concurrently with other preparations containing vitamin D and B6. Do not use this preparation in case of a medical condition, especially gastric or duodenal ulcer, esophageal varices, asthma, bronchial hyperreactivity, or in individuals with limited expectoration ability. Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG daily. Do not consume the hard capsule if other green tea sources will be consumed that day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume the hard capsule. Do not consume the hard capsule on an empty stomach. Beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. This preparation is a dietary supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Store in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of small children.
