N1 heat patch for period pain is a medical product for relieving period pain and cramps. The very thin and discreet heat pad provides constant heat for up to 8 hours and is therefore a reliable stomach warmer for PMS. The heat generated promotes blood circulation in the abdomen and thus relieves pain. The N1 heat patches are very well tolerated because the heat in our patches is generated purely physically, through the reaction of the powder mixture contained with oxygen. This means that no skin-irritating substances such as capsaicin are contained.

Recommended use:
1. Open the patch packaging immediately before use so that it comes into contact with air and let it react for 1-2 minutes. The patch only develops its warming effect when it comes into contact with oxygen. Therefore, do not open the patch packaging until you are actually ready to use it.
2. Then remove the protective film on the back of the patch and carefully stick the adhesive side to the skin for optimal effect. You can also stick it on underwear that is in direct contact with the skin.
3. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the maximum temperature. The patch produces pleasant warmth for 8 hours. The patch is for single use only and should be disposed of after use. If you feel any discomfort, remove the patch immediately. For external use only.
4. The heat emitted by the patches improves blood circulation and the oxygen supply to the tissue. The heat also relaxes the muscles in the uterine wall. These effects together reduce period pain.
