Recommended intake:
- Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times daily
- Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times daily
- Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule twice daily
The capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with a drink at room temperature. The capsules can also be opened and dissolved in the drink. For optimal effect, it is recommended to take them for 5-6 weeks.
