Nasal balm, ointment. Indications: According to anthroposophical understanding of humanity and nature. These include: Harmonizing the interaction of sensory and life organization in the mucous membranes of the nasopharynx and sinuses in cases of impaired protection against external influences and weakness of the life organization, e.g., acute and chronic inflammation of the mucous membranes, tissue atrophy, dryness, and irritability.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: INFORMATION FOR THE USER
Nasal balm, ointment
Composition:
10 g contains: Balsamum peruvianum 0.05 g, Berberis vulgaris e fructibus ferm 33c Ø 1.00 g (HAB, Vs. 33c), Cajeputi aetheroleum 0.25 g, Eucalypti aetheroleum 0.25 g, Prunus spinosa e fructibus LA 25% 0.50 g (HAB, Vs. 12o) Aqueous colloidal silicon dioxide solution (equivalent to Silicea colloidalis 0.05 g) prepared with citric acid monohydrate 1.25 g. Other ingredients: Ethanol 96%, lecithin, virgin olive oil, wool wax. Contains wool wax and Peruvian balsam.

These include: Harmonizing the interaction of sensory and life organization in the mucous membranes of the nasopharynx and paranasal sinuses in cases of impaired resistance to external influences and weakness of the life organization, e.g., acute and chronic inflammation of the mucous membranes, tissue atrophy, dryness, and irritability.
Contraindications:
This medicine should not be used:
- in case of known hypersensitivity to eucalyptus oil, cineole, Peru balsam, cinnamon (cross-allergy) or any of the other ingredients as well as in case of pronounced allergic disposition.
- for bronchial asthma, whooping cough, pseudo croup.
- on damaged skin.
- For infants and toddlers up to 2 years of age. "%%%Nasal Balm for Children"%%% is suitable for this age group.
Precautions for use and warnings:
In rare cases, lanolin can cause localized skin irritation (e.g., contact dermatitis).
Dosage and method of application:
Unless otherwise prescribed, apply the ointment to the nose and/or the area around the nasal entrance several times a day, particularly in the evening and, if necessary, at night.
Duration of use:
Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within 5 days, consult a doctor. The duration of treatment for chronic illnesses requires consultation with a doctor.
Side effects:
In rare cases, an tickly cough may occur. Allergic reactions may occur if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients of nasal balm, especially lanolin or Peruvian balsam. If skin reddening occurs, possibly accompanied by itching, please stop using the nasal balm and consult your doctor.
