The mushroom mixture contains three different types of mushrooms that complement each other in their properties and have been valued in the traditional herbalism of China and Japan for thousands of years.
The red Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) contains many different active ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids in their natural composition and at the same time the concentration of bioactive polysaccharides is particularly high.
The shiitake mushroom comes from a highly concentrated extract with at least 10% polysaccharides. The maitake (Grifola Frondosa), also known as the woodruff mushroom, which is a popular edible mushroom in Japan, is also known for its large amount of polysaccharides.
