Orthomol Vital m in the form of granules is lactose- and gluten-free.
Due to the vitamin B2 content, the urine can turn yellow.
The product contains strong coloring beta-carotene (provitamin A). Any stains that may appear, e.g. B. on clothing, are difficult to remove.

- Vitamin C, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid (folate), niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism.
