Vitamin E - supports the protection of fats susceptible to oxidation. DHA - affects the development of the brain and eyes of the fetus and breastfed children. EPA - supports heart function.
Ingredients:
Fish oil (anchovies), capsule shell: beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, BonuLac® F clear; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol).
1 capsule contains: vitamin E 7.8 mg (65%)*, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid from fish oil) 300 mg (50-75%)**, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid from fish oil) 63 mg.
2 capsules contain: vitamin E 15.6 mg (130%)*, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid from fish oil) 600 mg (100-150%)**, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid from fish oil) 126 mg.

Recommended daily intake
Pregnant or breastfeeding women: 1-2 capsules daily, with a meal.
