OCTENISEPT, phenoxyethanol solution, antiseptic vaginal treatment cysts composition:
100 g solution contain: medicinally active ingredients:
octenidine dihydrochloride 0.1 g, phenoxyethanol (Ph.Eur.) 2.0 g.
Excipients :
(3-coco fatty acid amidopropyl)-dimethylazaniumyl acetate, sodium D-gluconate, glycerol 85%, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, purified water.

for repeated, temporary antiseptic treatment of the mucous membrane and adjacent skin before diagnostic and surgical measures - in the ano-genital area of the vagina, vulva, glans penis, also before catheterization of the urinary bladder - in the oral cavity. Contraindications:
octenisept should not be used for rinsing in the abdominal cavity (e.g. intraoperatively and the urinary bladder and not on the eardrum. Hypersensitivity to the medicinally active ingredients or any of the other ingredients.
Side effects:
In rare cases, a temporary burning sensation can occur as a subjective symptom. When rinsing in the oral cavity, octenisept temporarily causes a bitter taste.
