Ocusalin 5% drops UD is a sterile, hypertonic sodium chloride solution (5%), intended for use in the eye. Ocusalin drops come in a very convenient and sterile form in single-dose packages (minims) and thanks to its physicochemical properties, the preparation works by drawing water from the cornea if it is swollen, which improves vision. Ocusalin is used especially after eye surgeries and diagnostic procedures in cases where there is an osmotic imbalance in the corneal tissues. The drops do not contain preservatives.
