Composition of L-citrulline, L-arginine and taurine, creatine monohydrate, plant extracts (rhodiola rosea, small-leaved ascophyllum, schisandra chinensis), N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, caffeine and beta-alanine. Caffeine supplementation contributes to increased performance during exercise, helps to increase alertness and improves concentration. Small-leaved ascophyllum contributes to improved memory and cognitive functions. Rhodiola rosea extract contributes to maintaining optimal mental and cognitive activity. L-citrulline helps to increase performance in the exercise cycling test and reduces post-exercise muscle fatigue. The preparation is intended for adults with increased physical activity and competitive athletes.

Recommended daily dose

1 dose during the day, approximately 30-60 min. before training. Dissolve 1 dose (1 scoop = 12 g powder) in 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Consult your doctor before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. The product contains caffeine, not recommended for use by children and pregnant women (caffeine content 150 mg / 1 dose). Additionally, the product should not be used during breastfeeding. Store out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place, at a temperature of up to 25 degrees Celsius, out of direct sunlight. Protect from frost.

Consumption of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness. This is a temporary symptom associated with the strong effect of the product ingredient beta-alanine. It does not affect health.
