Winter time - cold season: Falling outside temperatures on the one hand and pleasantly warm heating air in the living rooms on the other hand pose a major challenge to our nasal mucous membranes. The cold winter air reduces blood flow to the mucous membranes and thus weakens their natural barrier function. The dry heating air also causes the mucous membranes to dry out. This makes it easy for the numerous cold viruses. They are more likely to settle in the nose and cause inflammation there. As a result, the mucous membranes swell and produce more water and secretions in order to flush the uninvited guests out of the nose. Swollen and irritated nasal mucosa are often the most annoying symptoms of a cold. To relieve both symptoms at the same time, Olynth Plus contains the combination of decongestant xylometazoline and nourishing dexpanthenol. While the xylometazoline reduces swelling in the nasal mucosa within minutes, the dexpanthenol also promotes wound healing and protects the nasal mucosa.

Application
How to use Are you using Olynth ® Plus 0.1% / 5% nasal spray correctly?
1. First remove the protective cap.
2. Before using for the first time, first press the spray mechanism 5 times until an even spray mist comes out. If the spray will not be used for a longer period of time, it should be pumped twice before use.
3. Blow your nose before use.
4. Insert the spray opening into the nostril as vertically as possible and press the spray head once. Breathe lightly through your nose.
5. Repeat the process on the other side if necessary.
6. For hygiene reasons, wipe the spray head after each use and put the protective cap back on.
Olynth ® Plus should not be used for longer than 7 days. Reapplication should only be carried out after a break of several days. The doctor should always be consulted about the duration of use in children.
