Contains the highly purified and concentrated oil of the marine microalga Schizochytrium sp. (Schizochytrium species), which is particularly rich in the valuable omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The beneficial effects are achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA or DHA alone.
Recommended intake: Take 3 capsules daily with sufficient liquid at mealtimes.
