Recommended consumption:
Unless otherwise recommended, take 1-2 capsules daily with water with a meal. Do not exceed the recommendation. If you consume high amounts of fish oil (more than 5 g EPA + DHA/day), there is a risk of diarrhea. If you consume more than 3 g EPA + DHA:
Not recommended in combination with blood-thinning medication (risk: internal bleeding).
