Omega-3 fatty acids are an important part of a healthy diet. Nevertheless, the supply of these long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids is not optimal for everyone. Doppelherz system Omega-3 Liquid provides 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per day from valuable sea fish oil in combination with 20 µg of vitamin D3 and 6 mg of vitamin E. The omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA contribute with a daily intake of 250 mg normal heart function. With a daily intake of 250 mg, DHA also contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision.
Vitamin D contributes to normal bone maintenance and normal muscle function. In addition, it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. A daily portion contains 20 µg of vitamin D in the form of vitamin D3. This corresponds to 800 IU (international units) of vitamin D3. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The raw materials used are subject to very extensive quality control.
Special processing steps ensure that an oil of high purity is achieved. For the production of Doppelherz system Omega-3 Liquid, only residue-controlled sea fish oil that meets our high quality standards is used. Recommended Omega-3 Liquid system, vitamins E and D dosage:
Consume 7.5 ml (corresponds to approx. 1 tablespoon) daily. Can be used pure, in fruit juices or dairy products, e.g. B. yoghurt, are taken.
