Recommended OMNI BiOTiC SR-9 bacterial culture powder bag dosage:
Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 (= 3 g) 1-2 times a day in approx. 1/8 l of water, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® SR-9 twice a day, it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner.
