OPTIFAST Selection Drinks & Creams Powder

Preparation

All OPTIFAST® products can be consumed cold or warm, depending on your preference. 1. Pour the contents of a sachet into 200 ml of cold or warm water (max. 50 °C). Discard any heated food residue. 2. Stir with a whisk or shake well in a blender until the powder is completely dissolved. The product should be consumed immediately after preparation.

Recommended use and storage

Meal replacement for a weight-controlling diet:
Replace one or two main meals daily with one sachet of OPTIFAST® Drink (1 sachet = 1 main meal). OPTIFAST® products only fulfil their intended purpose as part of a low-calorie diet; other foods must be part of this diet. Make sure you drink enough fluids. We recommend drinking at least 2 litres of a calorie-free or low-calorie drink per day. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Suitable for young people only after consulting your doctor. Store in a cool, dry place. Cover the prepared product well and consume within 6 hours at room temperature, or within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator. Discard heated food leftovers. Packed under a protective atmosphere.
