• Organic chromium as chromium picolinate

• 188µg chromium per capsule - 120 capsules per jar

• Supplemented with the amino acid L-ornithine

• No fillers - with pullulan capsules from natural agriculture

Dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily with about 200 ml of still water - ideally at least 30 minutes before a meal.
