Recommended consumption
Stir approx. 2 tablespoons (20 g) lupine protein into 250 ml liquid, e.g. soy, spelt, almond or oat milk. In baked goods such as bread or cakes, up to 25% of the flour can be replaced with lupine protein. Lupine protein is a delicious addition to smoothies, shakes, muesli, desserts and baked goods.
