Raab Organic Matcha is a high-quality natural product that is manufactured in a complex production process according to ecological standards in the south of Japan. The leaves used for this Matcha come from the same plants as the leaves of Raab Organic Premium Matcha Tea. However, because they remain on the plant longer and are only harvested during the second picking, they have a stronger, more intense flavor.
Due to its strong flavor and intense green color, Raab Organic Matcha is ideal for culinary use. Drinks and dishes can be given a delicate, tart taste and a wonderfully rich color in no time at all.
