Note:
This product contains high doses of vitamin D3. It should only be used on the advice of a doctor, for the prophylaxis or treatment of vitamin D deficiency of various causes.
Vitamin D supply can be assessed using blood tests. During long-term treatment, calcium levels in the blood and urine as well as kidney function should be monitored. This also applies to the use of high-dose vitamin D supplements.

- The omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) as well as thiamine (vitamin B1) contribute to normal heart function. The positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, including the heart muscle.
- Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, iodine, copper and manganese contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Recommended consumption:
Take the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) daily, preferably individually with plenty of liquid with or after a meal.
The tablets and capsules can also be taken in any order throughout the day with a meal.

The recommended daily amount must not be exceeded.
Storage:
Store in a cool place (6-25 °C) and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
