Directions for use: Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet together with 1 tablet and 2 capsules. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in about 100 - 150 ml of still water or fruit juice and drink it during or after a meal together with the two capsules of omega-3 fatty acids during or after a meal every day. It is recommended to take the enzyme tablet about half an hour before eating.

Important notes.

• Ortomol Tendo is free of lactose and gluten.
• Orthomol Tendo contains readily available carbohydrates (8.2 g per daily dose). This product should only be used with careful control of metabolism in case of impaired glucose tolerance.
• Ortomol Tendo should not be used during pregnancy and lactation or by children (see attached brochure).
• If you use drugs that affect blood coagulation, coagulation parameters should be monitored at frequent intervals, especially at the beginning and end of administration.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
