OSTADYN mineral complex + eggshell membrane capsules
This supplement offers a comprehensive spectrum of organically bound minerals and high-dose vitamins. It contains OVOMET® eggshell membrane, which is naturally rich in collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans. The formula is further enhanced by the amino acid L-proline and mumijo extract, which provides natural fulvic and humic acids.
New to the formula is 1 mg of manganese from manganese gluconate, further enhancing its effectiveness. In combination, vitamin D, vitamin K, calcium, zinc, manganese, and phosphorus contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Recommended intake:
7 capsules once daily, or alternatively 4 capsules in the morning and 3 at midday. For optimal results, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
