The active substance of Otinum ear drops is choline salicylate. The drug has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, thus combating pain and inflammation in the course of inflammation of the middle ear, eardrum and external auditory canal. The glycerin contained in the medicine softens the earwax, which makes it easier to remove. After local administration to the ear, the drug has no systemic effect.


Indications


Acute inflammation of the middle ear, eardrum and external auditory canal. The product is also used before rinsing the external ear canal to soften hardened earwax before removing it from the ear.

Composition:


1 g of drops contains 0.2 g of choline salicylate (Cholini salicylas).



How to use

If you use more Otinum than recommended.



It is impossible to overdose the medicine by administering it into the ear.


Symptoms that may occur following an oral overdose include: confusion, dizziness, excessive sweating, vomiting, ringing in the ears and excessive breathing. If very large doses of the drug are taken orally, disturbances in the central nervous system may occur, resulting in, among others, breathing and blood circulation disorders.

you forget to take OTINUM



If you miss a dose at the scheduled time, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.



Stopping treatment with OTINUM




Stopping treatment with OTINUM may worsen the symptoms for which it is being taken.

Dosage
