The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include: Supportive treatment for acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, sinobronchitis.

If symptoms persist or are unclear, as well as if you experience shortness of breath, purulent or bloody sputum and a fever of over 39 °C, you should consult a doctor.

Dosage instructions, type and duration of use:
How often and in what quantity should you take Luffanest®?
Unless otherwise prescribed, for chronic forms, 1 tablet 3 times a day and for acute conditions, 1 tablet every hour, up to 12 times a day. Small children up to 6 years of age should not receive more than half the adult dose, and children between 6 and 12 years of age should not receive more than two thirds of the adult dose. Infants up to 1 year of age should not receive more than a third of the adult dose after consulting a doctor.

How and when should you take Luffanest®?
Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth before or between meals. Small children can also be given the tablet crushed into a porridge.

How long should you use Luffanest®?
Homeopathic medicines should also not be taken for long periods of time without medical advice.
