It is used to correct deficiencies in essential amino acids (histidine, tryptophan, threonine). It is a nutritionally incomplete food and should not be used as the sole source of nutrition. It must be used under medical supervision. It is intended for adults. It should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Co-occurring diseases (e.g., diabetes, renal failure) do not contraindicate use. It is not intended for parenteral administration. It does not pose a health risk to people without pressure sores or slow-healing wounds.
Dosage:
1 tablet once daily or 1 tablet twice daily with or after meals.
The tablets can be chewed, swallowed whole with a glass of water, or allowed to dissolve in the mouth.
