Lecithin granulate obtained from sunflower oil, which contains, among other things, five phospholipids.

• Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is an important phospholipid for the brain and liver due to its content of the essential nutrient choline. Choline supports the maintenance of normal liver function and the normal metabolism of fats, amino acids and homocysteine.
• Phosphatidylinositol (PI) is involved in nervous system functions and contains the nutrient inositol.
• Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) is contained in the nerve tissue of the brain and in the spinal cord, among other things, and contributes to the formation of membrane proteins.
• Phosphatidylserine (PS) is contained in the brain cells and is therefore involved in cognitive function.
• Phosphatidic acid (PA) activates the receptors in the muscles.

Furthermore, our lecithin granules contain linoleic acid (omega-6), which serves to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels if the daily intake of linoleic acid is 10 g. In this regard, our product contributes 2,100 mg of linoleic acid.

Our lecithin granules also contain a natural content of mmineral phosphorus. Phosphorus contributes to the normal functioning of the body's cell membranes and to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. In addition, phosphorus contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Recommended dose Phosphatidylserine, Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylinositol, OMNIVEGAN lecithin for adults:

Consume 3 teaspoons (approx. 10.5 g) once a day, at the beginning of a meal. The granules can be consumed directly or sprinkled with water or on muesli or yoghurt. The specified consumption quantity must not be exceeded.

Store in a dry place between 15°C and 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

The opened packaging should be used within 8 weeks. The lecithin granules can also be frozen.
