Phospholipide 4+1 Complex Serine+Choline+Inositol Capsules
The phospholipid 4+1 complex combines five different phospholipids: phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, and phosphoric acid. Phospholipids are a group of compounds collectively known as lecithins.
Recommended intake:
5 capsules once daily. For optimal absorption, take at least 30 minutes before or after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, optionally, with a teaspoon of Omega-3 oil to increase bioavailability.
