Phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine Lipidavit SL soft capsules
Active ingredient:
One soft capsule contains: 350 mg defatted, enriched phospholipids from soybeans. The phospholipids are qualified to 73-79% phosphatidylcholine, contain up to 7% phosphatidylethanolamine and less than 0.5% phosphatidylinositol.
Other ingredients:
Spjaöl, glycerol mono/disate fatty acid esters, medium-chain triglycerides, all-rac-alpha-tocopherol, gelatin, glycerol 85%, purified water, riboflavin (E 101 (i)).
Indications:
Milder forms of hypercholesterolemia when diet and other non-drug measures (e.g., physical exercise and weight loss) alone are insufficiently effective. For improving subjective symptoms such as loss of appetite, pressure in the upper abdomen in cases of toxic-nutritional liver damage and chronic hepatitis.
Contraindications:
Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to phospholipids, soy proteins, peanut or any of the other ingredients of Lipidavit SL, in cases of antiphospholipid syndrome, or during breastfeeding.
Special caution:
Due to insufficient studies, not recommended during pregnancy and for children under 12 years of age.
Side effects:
Gastrointestinal discomfort may occasionally occur (e.g., stomach upset, loose stools, diarrhea). Very rarely, allergic reactions (e.g., rash and hives) and bleeding (e.g., spotting in women, pinpoint skin hemorrhages) may occur.
