POSIFORLID COMOD eye drops

Has an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect on eye irritation
POSIFORLID COMOD ® eye drops are suitable for treating the symptoms of blepharitis as well as non-specific conjunctivitis or eye irritation caused by sun, smoke and dust.

The active ingredient salicylic acid, which is extracted from the bark of the willow tree, has proven itself in medicine for decades, particularly in the treatment of inflammatory processes. It reliably relieves inflammation, burning and pain and reduces redness and swelling of the eyelid margin.

POSIFORLID COMOD eye drops

For effective treatment around the clock, we recommend using POSIFORLID COMOD ® eye drops during the day and Posiformin ® 2% eye ointment at night.

Well tolerated without preservatives
POSIFORLID COMOD ® eye drops are extremely well tolerated. Thanks to the proven COMOD ® system, the medicine is free of preservatives and phosphates. The patented system offers further advantages: The liquid remains sterile and can be kept for 12 weeks after opening. The special valve technology only releases one drop at a time, and the size and speed of the drop remain the same regardless of the strength of the pressure exerted on the bottom of the bottle when used.

RECOMMENDED USE RECOMMENDED USE
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, apply 1 drop 4 times a day into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye. Distribute the applications evenly throughout the day.

BLEPHARITIS
Red, irritated eyes and sticky eyelids are often caused by blepharitis. Inflammation of the eyelids can occur when the sebaceous glands produce too much secretion and the excess secretion blocks the glands. External stimuli such as chemicals, cosmetics or contact lenses as well as certain diseases can also promote the development of blepharitis.

MEIBOMIAN GLAND DYSFUNCTION
Inflamed eyelid margins are a symptom of meibomian gland dysfunction (MDD). The glands secrete an oily film that forms a protective layer on the tear film. If the glands are disturbed, the tear film is no longer adequately protected from evaporation, which leads to irritation of the eyes and eyelids. With suitable medication and daily eyelid hygiene, the symptoms can be alleviated or even alleviated.

IRRITATED EYES DUE TO ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCES
External environmental factors such as strong sunlight, dust particles and smoke in the air can irritate the eyes and cause non-specific conjunctivitis with redness, burning and pain.

POSIFORLID COMOD ® with salicylic acid relieves eye irritation. The eye drops do not contain any preservatives and are particularly well tolerated.
