Recommended dosage:
Mix 1 measuring spoon per day in 250 ml of water half an hour before meals.

Notes:
Always consult your doctor before using this product if you have kidney disease or are on a low potassium diet. Mild gastrointestinal discomfort may occur when taking large amounts of potassium citrate. This can be reduced by taking the product with a meal or by reducing the dose. If gastrointestinal discomfort persists, discontinue use of this product. Not suitable for elderly people with kidney disease, diabetes with insulin resistance or people being treated for arterial hypertension.
