Probiotic Vida combines 13 different bacterial strains with multiple sources of fiber. It contains partially hydrolyzed guar gum, inulin from chicory, psyllium husk powder, and 300 billion bacteria.

Recommended intake:
Take 3 g daily (= 1 scoop) on an empty stomach and at least 30 minutes before meals. Mix the powder with 200 ml of lukewarm water and allow it to swell for 10 minutes. (The powder dissolves best if lukewarm water is used and poured into the glass containing the powder in small amounts.)
