PROFLEXON is designed for people over 18 who want to keep their cartilage bones healthy

PROFLEXON Main ingredients (in 1 sachet of 5 g)

Glucosamine Sulfate 2 KCL 750mg; chondroitin sulfate 100 mg; Vitamin C 40 mg; rosehip powder 25 mg; sodium hyaluronate 20 mg.

Glucosamine sulfate affects the metabolism of cartilage by combining an anabolic effect while suppressing catabolic processes. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect, not inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, but inhibiting the release of proteolytic and lysosomal enzymes, as well as the production of aggressive superoxide radicals and nitric oxide synthesis.

Glucosamine sulfate supplements have been shown to significantly reduce joint pain, stiffness, soreness, swelling, and promote good joint function and health.

Chondroitin sulfate is a glucosaminoglycan (GAG) - also known as a mucopolysaccharide - that binds to collagen and elastin to form cartilage. As we age, the body becomes less and less effective in repairing and regenerating tissues, including cartilage, which take on the load on the joints and vertebrae.

Chondroitin sulfate helps maintain the integrity of the cartilage matrix by enhancing the anabolic activity of chondrocytes .; inhibits the side effects of interleukin beta on the cartilage matrix; protects the matrix from enhanced decomposition by inhibiting tissue elastases or by reducing the activity of metalloproteases.

It also contributes to the maintenance of synovial homeostasis by stimulating the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, which is important for maintaining the viscosity of synovial fluid.

Hyaluronic acid is a proteoglycan molecular complex that serves as a "backbone" for proteoglycans (proteins linked to glucosaminoglycan chains called chondroitin and keratan sulfates).

Creating a huge molecule, proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid stay in one place in the matrix, even when pressure is applied to the joint.

Rosehip fruit contains vitamin C, carotene (provitamin A), lycopene, pectin, vitamins B1 and B2, PP, K. The content of vitamin C in rosehip fruit has no analogue. The content of minerals and elements such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, calcium and phosphorus in rose hips is much higher than in many fruits and vegetables.

Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen and is one of the best aids in osteoarthritis. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of bones and cartilage.
