• The preparation is a herbal medicine for heart diseases.
• It is used in declining cardiac output according to NYHA stage II.

• Please follow the dosage instructions, otherwise the medicine cannot work properly. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• Dosage:
  • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is:
    • 1/2 film-coated tablet 3 times a day.
  • It is not intended for use in children under the age of 12.

• Duration of use:
  • It is recommended to take the supplement for a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 6 months. After that, the doctor treating you should determine the further duration of use. Please also note the information in the "Patient information" category.
  • Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

• If you take a lot more than you should:
  • If you accidentally take double or triple the single dose (equivalent to 1 - 1.5 film-coated tablets of this medicine), this usually has no adverse consequences. In this case, continue taking it as described in the dosing instructions or as directed by your doctor.
  • If you have significantly overdosed the drug, the side effects may increase. In this case, you should consult a doctor.

• If you forget to take a dose:
  • Next time, do not take a double dose, but continue to take it as directed by your doctor or as described in the package leaflet.

• If you have any further questions on the use of the medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

• The film-coated tablets are scored for breaking in half. Please break the film-coated tablet along the score line and swallow 1/2 film-coated tablet whole with sufficient liquid (preferably 1 glass of drinking water). Please keep the divided film-coated tablet away from light and moisture until you take it. Do not take film-coated tablets lying down.

• Like all medicines, this can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
• Possible side effects are
  • Rarely (less than 1 in 10,000 people, including isolated cases), gastrointestinal symptoms or skin rashes may occur. These symptoms usually subside within a few days after stopping the drug.

  • When should you take the medicine only after consulting a doctor?
    • If the symptoms of the disease persist for more than six weeks or if there is accumulation of water in the legs, it is advisable to consult a doctor. In the case of pain in the heart area, which can radiate into the arms, the upper abdomen or the neck area, or in the case of shortness of breath, immediate medical clarification is absolutely necessary.
